Location: Houston, TX – Energy Corridor
Company: ~40 person Recruiting firm founded in 2013
Compensation: $45k to $50k Base Salary + Uncapped commissions (Total of $70k to $90k per year at on-target plan)

Job Duties:
- Cold Call VP Level Financial Advisors across the nation, to see if they’re interested in speaking with our clients about changing firms
- All Cold Call lists and Training shall be provided by Encore Search Partners
- Overcome objections from Financial Advisors, with the intent of turning a No into a Yes
- Make 180 outbound Cold Calls per day
- Generate 4 Qualified leads per week

Probationary Period:
All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners.
