Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO & Director of Business Development on job order intake calls
- Build LinkedIn Projects for open job orders
- Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, cold InMails, cold emails, and referrals
- Consistently request referrals to do business with the prospective candidates’ current employers
- Present qualified candidates to the CEO, Director of Business Development, and/or Client
- Prepare candidates and schedule interviews
Target Key Performance Indicators:
- 6+ Candidate Submittals Per Week (Resume to Client)
- 250+ Outbound Cold Calls Per Week
- 250+ Outbound Cold Emails Per Week
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Desire to conduct research to learn a variety of technical industries and build relationships with high caliber talent
- 1-2 years of B2B sales or technical recruiting experience preferred, but not required
- Prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred, but not required
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Compensation: $60k to $117k Base Salary + Uncapped commissions - $100k to $140 on target earnings first year

Probationary Period:
All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
